Salt is a double edged sword

Upgraded our water conditioning system. A variety of good reasons drove the change. Five bags of salt, 200 pounds worth, fit in the new tank. Previously, only one bag (40 pounds) fit.

Salt deficiency is trouble.

Same with too much salt.

What to do?

Use good judgement to hone your eating habits.
