Curious Answer
Sitting here on the floor, waiting for Quest Diagnostics to open. Kinda like camping out for Springsteen concert tickets. Lots of people trying to get in.

The guy in front of me comes every three months, to establish which cholesterol medicine works best.
Told him I wish I could come every three months.
He looked surprised.

As a matter of fact, I received a phone call from my doctor yesterday afternoon at 4:25 notifying me of my recent test results. It was like I won the lottery!

Not hard enough. Some via change in diet, some via medication and some via supplementation . . . hey I’m in the vitamin business. Might as well further my own cause.
My goal is to increase the exercise and eliminate the medication if possible. Either way, hopefully it will translate into a longer life.
Yeah, vitamins. Maybe there’s some synergy there or maybe it’s energy.
What should an almost 51 year old, active guy like me be taking?
