Can you imagine civilizations that could only walk?

Rockets, jets, planes, trains, automobiles, bikes, boats, animals, and the original transportation system, walking.

Walking never offered a gateway to anything.

Until one day someone decided to walk away and never return.

Note: Awoke to 67 degrees here. Had to wear a short sleeve t-shirt. Why? Got to take a doctor-approved 15-minute walk.

Dr. Kumar said i’m making excellent progress in the week since his second retina reattachment. i literally stopped all movement except for moving about the house.

Not moving much may be sustainable to many people.

i cannot fathom not moving much for one month, let alone for the remainder of my days.

26-second video: Unbelievable.

Like i always say, find a million ways to stay motivated.

You make the first month-long commitment to not exercise. It stings on every level: mind, body, spirit, work, home.

You see light at the end of the tunnel.

Then darkness.

A new commitment is expected, demanded.

And, this second commitment is double the previous.

Can you imagine?

Six days into the second two months long commitment and i’m challenged in a first-ever way.
