Moderation is important. Especially with sitting, sugar, and slothfulness.

If you want excellent returns on your investments to get and stay healthy, you have to invest in consistency.

Consistency compounds average into excellent.

Let’s use good and decent as our “average” definition.

Average movement.

Average rest.

Average fuel.

Good and decent done consistently for decades yields unfathomable wellness results.

Note: Obviously, temptations are rampant everywhere, everyday. This should never normalize thinking it’s okay to follow the temptations.

Can’t wait for tomorrow morning’s physically familiar place, timing, and routine to arrive.
