    Ever since I watched the Morgan Spurlock documentary “Super Size Me” I have tried to stay away from McFried. While I’m not 100%, it is no longer a staple of my diet.

    The perception is that Finland is a healthier country than the US. We have the same choices they do. And we exercise that choice everyday. Sometimes it’s the wrong choice.
