2 Things Hazardous To Your Health

Disney Theme Parks and House Guests.

Why?

Because the food is great and plentiful.

Gained six pounds in one week.

Some people can gain weight simply by looking at food. I’m one of them.

Wish I could become a righteous person simply by looking at a Church.

    Boulangerie Patisserie, France Pavilion, Epcot.

It would be nice if workout facilities were a part of every resort hotel instead of the Deluxe Resorts.

It would be even better if we all had the will to eat smart while on vacation.

David – if people are like my extended family, then they would believe that a vacation is also a vacation from taking care of yourself. I have heard one of them say, “When I get back home, I will be good. Right now, I am on vacation,” with a piece of cake in one hand and a piece of pizza in the other! LOL

It’s a mindset, whether it is how you handle your physical, mental, or spiritual diets on vacation.

    It’s complicated, isn’t it? :)

  4. David says:

Bob – I am guilty of having that mindset ever since, well, . . . forever. I am the one that makes our Advance Dining Reservations (ADR’s) whenever we go to the Walt Disney World Resort. I research the menu’s, read reviews, and drool over the pictures. And then I tell myself I will do a crash diet/cleanse when I get back home.

Being in the middle of C25K, I can’t quit now. Even though I have made our ADR’s for our upcoming trip in 2 weeks, I will make smart choices while enjoying the flavors and delicacies that each restaurant offers.

Plus, I’ve mapped out my exercise route around our resort.

Jeff – If it was easy, everyone would do it!

David, it will always be simple, common sense.
Life’s huge challenge is that none of is easy.
We are all in this together.
