Looking forward to a run?

exercise regularly

Run, walk, row, spin, ski, dance, it doesn't matter.

Traveling the past three days, including two intentional “rest days” means that I’m really looking forward to this morning’s run. Betcha you’re looking forward to exercising today too. Right?

Full disclosure: I sometimes have to force myself to exercise because I’m too tired, to demotivated, too busy, etc.

  1. As soon as I finish this comment I will be up and exercising.

  2. Patty, have fun, stay healthy.
Yesterday morning I felt a small pain in my calf. I stopped jogging (was barely moving to begin with) and changed it up… went for a 50 minute brisk walk through the nature preserve.
Walking was the last thing on my mind…. remembering the goal – stay healthy, have fun.
