There will always be good
excuses reasoning excuses for why today is not a good day to exercise and avoid sugar.
Three days ago (Friday) i had a groin pain, so i “rested”.
Right now (Monday) it’s 37 degrees.
i dislike cold weather.
But i dislike going too many days without exercising even more.
So i’m “looking forward to” a really cold 40k round-trip bike ride to the gym.
